Thomas G. Fox, who is the founder & managing partner of WaterStreet Research Partners, has over 35 years in the investment business and has been Chief Investment Officer for more than 28 years. He is an expert in building quantitative investment approaches, an architect and creator of numerous successful academically based investment strategies with $1.7 Billion asset management firm. Tom is experienced in managing large institutional funds – including 2 mutual funds, he’s a pioneer in the development of tactical investment strategies. He has presented proprietary research to the Federal Reserve Board’s investment committee and has been a speaker and presenter at numerous advisor and institutional investment conferences. Tom has a Bachelor of Science—Business Administration, attended Stanford Graduate School of Business Continuing Executive Education — Advanced Asset Allocation. He is a valued member of the IA Network team.
